The easiest way of doing this is to find somewhere to link to it from (Say, the front page) and edit that to include a link to your as-yet-nonexistant page, like this: ((myNewPage)), which will then look like this: myNewPage
- —struck out—
- ++added in++
Headings are done by starting a line with h1. Your Title Here, replacing 1 with a number from 1 to 6 gives you decreasing levels of heading.
Formatting is reasonably logical and described better at Textile’s Home Page (There’s a certian bootstrapping problem to explaining the formatting here, since everything I write will be formatted according to the rules. This will be solved in a later version of the wiki software, which I (Aquarion) write).
One way of seeing how the formatting works is to edit any page to see the source.
((item)) link to wiki page ‘item’
((~user)) links to the user page for
((item|title)) link to wiki page ‘item’ with the contents of the link as ‘title’
Put a link to another page in like this: “test”: http://www.test.com becomes test
Surrounding any word or phrase with ((double brackets)) makes it an internal wiki link, a link to somewhere else on this site
Then when you try to follow the link to An uncreated page you will be told this page doesn’t exist, and asked if you want to create it. (Note that the link is a different colour. This means it’s a link to a non-existant page. Links to existing pages look like this: help
